The Galapagos Islands and/or other tax fees (not determined by Canodros S.A.) and the Canodros S.A. rates are subject to change without prior notice. Children under 12 years of age pay 50% of the rate accompanied by an adult. For Holiday's cruises children under 12 years of age pay 75% of the rate accompanied by an adult in the same cabin. One discount applies per cabin. Children under 7 years of age are not permitted on board.
ELITE PROGRAM: Applicable for Renaissance Balcony and Majestic Balcony suites categories, services included in the program are butler service (24 hour assistance), bottle of champagne in suite upon arrival, assistance for unpacking your luggage (upon request), luxurious bathrobes, linens and towels, room service (available all day up to 22h00), soft beverages from the mini bar, afternoon canapés served at your suite, exotic amenities for the bathroom, fresh fruit and local hand made chocolates in suite, selections of a variety of pillows, environmentally friendly beach bag, cloth drying and shoe shine service through the cruise, personalized stationary at your suite, exclusive cruise documents and online check in process. Each suite will be equpied with a 32" flat TV, blu-ray disc player with a special selection of movies, new elegant linens and special towel selection, Bose Sound Dock Series II digital music system.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS 2012
All reservations require a minimum deposit or US$200 per passenger according to the following table:
INDIVIDUAL AND FITS
Reservations made within 120 days or more prior to the cruise departure date:
- Deposit within a maximum of 10 days after date of request.
- Total payment maximum 60 days prior to the cruise departure date.
Reservations made between 119 and 90 days prior to the cruise departure date:
- Deposit within a maximum of 10 days after date of request.
- Total payment maximum 60 days prior to the cruise departure date.
Reservations made between 89 and 0 days prior to the cruise departure date:
- Total payment should be made immediately.
CANCELLATIONS AND PENALTIES:
- Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to the cruise departure date have no penalties.
- Cancellations made between 89 and 60 days prior to the cruise departure date have a USD $200 per passenger service charge.
- Cancellations made between 59 and 26 days prior to the cruise departure date, 50% of the total cruise rate will be forfeited.
- Cancellations made between 25 and 0 days prior to the cruise departure date, 100% of the cruise rate will be forfeited.
- Cancellations for medical reasons or due to death of an immediate family member, received 59-26 days prior to the cruise departure date, will have 50% of reimbursement and will require the presentation of a medical certificate.
- Cancellations for medical reasons or due to death of an immediate family member, received between 25-0 days prior to the cruise departure date, 100% of the total cruise rate will be forfeited.
FOR GROUPS (10 OR MORE PASSENGERS)
Reservations made within 120 days or more prior to the cruise departure date:
- A deposit of 10% must be paid 15 days after date of request to confirm the reservation.
- 50% of cruise, 90 days prior to the cruise departure date.
- Balance of the total payment should be made 60 days prior to the cruise departure date.
Reservations made between 119 and 90 days prior to the cruise departure date:
- A deposit of 10% must be paid immediately to confirm the reservation.
- Balance of the total payment should be made 60 days prior to the cruise departure date.
Reservations made between 89 and 60 days prior to the cruise departure date:
- A deposit of 10% must be paid immediately to confirm the reservation.
- Balance of the total payment should be made 60 days prior to the cruise departure date.
Reservations made between 59 and 0 days prior to the cruise departure date:
- Total payment should be made immediately.

NOTES FOR RESERVATIONS OF FITS AND GROUPS:
- Canodros S.A. does not accept changes in the cruise reservation date or passenger's names. In case the passenger(s) change the cruise reservation, we will consider it as a new reservation. In other words, we will cancel the first reservation and the passenger(s) will be subject to all the applicable penalties.
- Cancellations for medical reasons or due to death of an immediate family member, received 59-26 days prior to the cruise departure date, will have 50 % of reimbursement and will require the presentation of a medical certificate.
- Cancellations for medical reasons or due to death of an immediate family member received between 25-0 days prior to the cruise departure date, 100% of the total cruise rate will be forfeited.
- All reservations of individuals and fit's have status "RQ" (Request) until the reception of the required deposit when the reservation(s) will be changed to a "KK" (confirmed) status.
- If the travel agent does not send the total payment to our office or our bank account on the date imposed by our office, Canodros S.A. is entitled to cancel the reservation, and will not be held responsible for the cancellation towards the passengers.
FOR HOLIDAY'S CRUISES (CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR)
Below you will find the special policies and the deadlines you must accomplish in order to warranty your reservations for these cruises:
- A deposit of 10% must be paid immediately to confirm the reservation.
- 30% of cruise, 240 days prior to the cruise departure date.
- 50% of cruise, 180 days prior to the cruise departure date.
- Balance of the total payment should be made 120 days prior to the cruise departure date
- Children's policy: Children under 12 years old have a 25% discount over the double rate accompanied by an adult in the same cabin.
- All payments and deadlines mentioned in here are invariable; we are not going to extend these dates at any case.
CANCELLATIONS AND PENALTIES:
- Cancellations made 240 days or more prior to the cruise departure date have no penalties.
- Cancellations made between 239 – 180 days prior to the cruise departure date, 30% of the total cruise rate will be forfeited.
- Cancellations made between 179 – 120 days prior to the cruise departure date, 50% of the total cruise rate will be forfeited.
- Cancellations made between 119 – 0 days prior to the cruise departure date, 100% of the total cruise rate will be forfeited.
- Cancellations for medical reasons or due to death of an immediate family member received 59-26 days prior to the cruise departure date will have 50% of reimbursement and will require the presentation of a medical certificate.
- Cancellations for medical reasons or due to death of an immediate family member received between 25-0 days prior to the cruise departure date, 100% of the total cruise rate will be forfeited.
GROUPS OR TOUR LEADER DISCOUNT
The discount for Tour Leader or gratuity for groups will be applied in double occupancy at the Classic category only, the discounts apply to the cruise rate are as follows:
- Groups of 0-8 passengers, the Tour Leader will be granted with 25% discount of the cruise value.
- Groups of 9-14 passengers, the Tour Leader will be granted with 50% discount of the cruise value.
- Groups of 15 or more passengers, the Tour Leader will be granted with 100% discount of the cruise value.
Tour leader occupancy in passenger suites is subject to the cruise availability, otherwise will be accommodated on Tour leader cabins.
SPECIAL LANGUAGE GUIDES
The following conditions are to confirm a Tour Guide in a specific language in accordance to the number of confirmed and paid passengers in the group, our official languages onboard are English and Spanish:
- Groups of 10 or more passengers, we will warranty a language naturalist guide or a translator. Due to the high demand of naturalist guides in the Galapagos and the limited supply of German, Italian and French speaking naturalist guides, Canodros reserves the right to hire experimented translators to facilitate the interpretation in these languages.
- Groups of less than 10 passengers, check with the Reservations Department if it is possible to join your reservation to another group of passengers in need of the same language.
- We can provide a translator or a private guide for groups with less than 10 passengers at an additional cost of US$190.00 per day (plus tax), this extra charge will be paid previous to the cruise departure date. This rate is not valid for special cruise like Christmas & New Year´s departures. Private guide rate is subject to change without prior notice.
We can also provide to groups with less than 10 passengers, bilingual guides who can offer the tour explanation in the different languages requested, for example, a tour in English and in German, subject to availability. The agency is responsible of requesting and confirming the special language requirement to Canodros S.A. according to our conditions.
